So they keep saying it's going to snow. But I want to know where it is?!!? The snow that was here for Thanksgiving is now gone and I am sad! I went snowboarding for the first time this year on Wednesday, it was great to go with Wayne. He is so good to me! I know he must not have wanted to go being there the rest of the week be he went with me anyway! I love him so much!!!

 

I am getting excited for christmas this year, our tree is up and decortations are up, both at home and at work! Now I just need x-mass music at work and I think it would be perfect!!! (We are working on the music!)

 

Wayne's birthday is this wednesday! Happy Birthday Wayne!!!! I am giving him a party. I wanted it to be a suprise but I couldn't figure out how to get him out of the house on Tuesday so I had to tell him! He is excited anyway. Having his b-day so close to x-mass it usually gets looked over well not this year! I will have to take some pictures and post them!

So I know most people are dreaming of a white christmas, but I am dreaming of a white thanksgiving. Is that being a bit too pushy? I don't think so! :) So this is the first year we are not cooking a turkey, we are going out for a thanksgiving meal! I know that seems a bit weird but just think no clean up, I like the sounds of that!!! We are going to The Cedar Room! Our friend Josh works there and it is his birthday, and he has to work. Plus Tifney his wife did not want to be alone. It's the best of both worlds, we get to spend the night around Josh and have a meal cooked for us, win win as I see it! What is everyone elses plans???

 

Other than that it is pretty dull here in Tahoe at the moment! We are all waiting to see when Heavenly willl open. Opening day has been pushed back already so we will wait and see! There is no snow in the forcast so it is all man made at the moment! But once the mountian opens Wayne and I will have the same days off again and we will be able to do way more fun stuff and I will have way more to write about! Right now, we work, go home, eat, sleep and spend a little time together, (I can't wait for more)!!!

Sorry it's been a while, been super busy at work, barely had time to think! Now it's November and we are all praying for snow! We really are a bunch of sad sad people! But it's fun! We had Roberta Flack and her band stay here at the hotel! That was pretty cool!!! Did not meet here but met her whole band! They were cool people! A bunch of weddings and A Pumpkin Patch fundraiser. Does anyone want any pumpkins I have a bunch left over, they are quite pretty though!!! Any way. Not much else new! I am thinking of rearranging my house. I am a bit bored with it and I am thinking a change would be good! WE need extra seating in the living room, maybe a new chair or love seat would be good! I will see what I can find! It didn't snow for long. And snow that fell melted because the ground was so warm it just made everything wet! Hopefully it will snow again soon! There is no snow in the neer future but the weather is getting colder! Yah!!! Had to go to Carson City, NV on Tuesday shoping for warmer work clothes. Wayne came with me and it was nice to spend some quality time with the husband. Now with our days off being different we don't get much time together to do anything! I was nice that on Tuesday he got off early! I have Tuesday and Wednesday off and Wayne gets Friday, Saturday, Sunday off! He works 4/ 10s.  I can't wait for winter because then we will get the same days off! Quality time with my man! Can't wait!!!!!! Well things are getting busier her at the Deerfield Lodge, can't wait till winter comes and we will be super busy! That's all for now!
